Please consult with your insurance company directly to confirm if they accept superbills and to understand their specific submission process.

Consultations offer prospective clients a free 15-minute telehealth meeting, either by phone or video. This opportunity allows you to meet with me, ask any questions you might have, and understand my approach to therapy. It’s a chance to see if my services align with your needs before moving forward. It's important to note that these consultations are not therapy or counseling and do not establish a therapeutic relationship with the Counselor.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time through the Client Portal or by contacting me directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the session fee.
