Meet Your Counselor
My name is Lydia Wolfe. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-Associate #96568) supervised by Heather Reynolds, LPC-S. I graduated from Liberty University with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My aim is to partner with you to achieve your personal goals. I strive to foster a supportive environment where you feel empowered to continue your journey. Although I gravitate towards a more cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, I take a holistic and versatile perspective, adjusting techniques to best meet your needs. I take great pleasure in working with adults from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique qualities each person brings to the process.
Tailored For You
I am trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and many others. This diverse training allows me to customize my approach to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or personal growth, I use a range of techniques to provide effective and personalized care.
